| I read a poll recently that found that Thomas Jefferson was NUMERO UNO on the list of historical figures one would most like to spend an hour with. I would have to say that he would be tops on mine as well, George Washington was #3, but would be #2 on mine...I believe Honest Abe was the polls second choice. |

That's interesting, and while I really would like to chat with all 3 of those gents, my number 1 choice would be - and I hate to say it, but here goes - George Armstrong Custer!!!
Then, I could finally find out what really happened in the last hour, or so, of his life!
