Hey there, Young-un...
Are the girls beatin' down your front door yet? Give 'em time. Yes, Theresa... two real nice lookin' young fellers there!

I gather your Dad is an Alamo fan, as well... or did he do that house renovation just for you, Wade?

We both are Alamo fans.Since we are on the east coast we thought we'd go with it a southwestern look and came up with "Hey,lets make it look like the Alamo".So,we got our contractor, but he messed up the hump and so I took it upon myself to design the hump by looking at photos of the Alamo to get it right. After turning in the design the contractor did an amazing job afterwards with the inside and outside and got the house as a result.

But my father left a good portion of the 51 year old house up.It was his childhood home and was about to be condemned so he renovated it.

Thanks for the comments Theresa and Wilderness Woman.I am quite the ladies man **smirk**.Just kidding.

Anyway,Rich has put up a photo album for me and there will be more photos there of me and my family during thanksgiving.

Happy New Years,
Wade

Now here, I was sure that you must be from Texas!!!

So, do you get people stopping by to ask about the house? I know I couldn't just drive by without a look-see!

You are welcome Kay.

Actually DWBEAGLES....

We get alot of people who stop and take photos of our house. My house has gotten such nicknames as "the church","the mission",and the prized "Taco Bell".

I am a native Floridian and am a 10 minute walk from the east coat beaches. The story of the Alamo captured me at a really young age after watching "Davy Crockett: King of the Wild Frontier" with my father.

Happy new year
