Posted - February 10 2003 : 6:00:59 PM According to the latest issue of The Alamo Journal, the quarterly publication of The Alamo Society, Wes Studi is going to be playing the noted Cherokee Chief, Bowl, in John Lee Hancock's ALAMO. Bowl was a good friend of Sam Houston, and a major figure in early Texas history.

Posted - February 11 2003 : 8:58:08 PM The current date is in mid-December. But I wouldn't be surprised to see it moved to sometime next year. Right now it's scheduled for just before RETURN OF THE TOLKEIN JUGGERNAUT, er, I mean RETURN OF THE KING.
