What a authenic addition to you r private collection or dance regalia! I have been making and performing with these type items for over 30 years in movies and send them as props around the world! I sold the last actual prop used in "last of the mohicans" last ebay sale and we never have enough, I only have 3 made this time and they were hiding from us here! I study museum findings around the country and make some reproductions for museums displays. This one and the next ones I put on for this sale will be the last, all the others are sold and spoke for!! So here we go for a description of this one! It is copied from a original Mohawk-Iroquois pattern of their famous war axe with a lil' Cherokee thrown in! The point of the weapon is hand knapped Tx. stone from Bald mtn. and laid in with elk hide, there are over 100 old brass tacks to form patterns on this weapon and buffalo nickels, deer tail and deer lacing and beaded medallion. It measures over 32"!! If you have the time to just sit a spell and see all the offerings we have on ebay, you will be amazed!! We have items from across the country and from museums, estates sales, private collections, native americans, and artist and craftsman from all over including ourselves!!, as usual, if you have any questions, please just ask!
We have been real busy here at the lodge and have a large group of goods for all of you, so click on the other items offered and we wish to thank you greatly for all your kindness! We will have over 100 items up for auction .wE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL!! We accept all major credit cards and you can contact us for that information when you need to. We thank you for just looking and hope you find this a great new addition to your lodge, life, pow wow, mountain man or just to exhibit !!! We wish many prayers and peace for you and yours, Thank you!!
Now all you would have to do is paint it blue, then lookout Magua!!!

Posted - March 16 2007 : 01:39:51 AM Thanks Fitzy! What a fabulous item. I'm going to head on over and peruse their other items too.. not that I can probably afford anything, but 'monitor' shopping is a good pass-time. I wonder if Customs would let it in the country if I did buy it.... |
