Did you get the emails from Daniella?

She sent me a couple just describing what when on and that they are hoping he comes back in September. Looks like only Sydney and Canberra this time!

I can forward them to your email address if you didn't get them and would like them.

Didn't expect to hear from her again so it was a nice surprise.

No Paazau, I didn't hear anything more.

I'm quite dissappointed. It's as tho it was just too hard for her to get in touch.

I'm sure if he got a good reception he'll come back but if they were reliant on Daniella to spread the word then it may not have gone so well.

I'd be extremely p'od if the whole thing was a flop. That would be such a slap in the face for such a wonderful man.

Let's just hope she was too busy hey..........lol

LeyLana - did you ever hear anything more back from Daniella? I rang two more people in Halls Gap and neither had any idea that Russell was going to be in town, and had no info on what he was there for. Let's hope the folks who organised it did some publicity for it!!

I'm keepin' my fingers crossed he comes Down Under again; there's no way I could get away from work to go tomorrow.

No, I didn't contact Daniella myself. I did speak to someone in Halls Gap, but have to make another phone call today to try to get prices / availability info.

That's good to know. At least if I can't get there this time, there's hope for next time!

Did you end up hearing from that Daniella?

I have contacted her a couple of times again to try to get more info, but to no avail!!!

I guess she is probably pretty busy.

Never mind, it's not the first time I've heard of him touring so hopefully he will come back down under again in the not too distant future.

It would have been a wonderful experience tho. Can you just imagine how interesting he would be to sit and listen to.

I guess if she is actually tied up with this then she is pretty busy.

I hope I hear from her today as I am hoping to get to tomorrow night's as it's the closest, still quite a trip but not as long as yours.

I'm hoping he will come back again and do a bigger tour.

Did you get any cost info back from Daniella? I did a "whereis" search yesterday and it is just under 7 hours' drive from Adelaide to Ballarat. Definitely do-able.. or a quick flight to Melbourne and a drive up there... Anything's possible; as long as the workload isn't too great on the 12th. Didn't check out distance to Halls Gap yet; that'll be today's project.

Just being in that man's presence would be awesome.

I'm in Vic but right up on the border with NSW (Wodonga), so I won't be going either.

I was really hoping it would have been closer.

Never mind.

Thanks LeyLana! They're all in Victoria though. And I've only heard of Geelong, Ballarat, and Halls Gap! Guess I could look 'em up on the map, take a day off work and go for a drive!! Surely wouldn't be more than 6-8 hours away!!!
