If you could rewrite the part where Alice jumps to her sudden and instant death what would it be? |

I kept everyone alive except Magua, a few Huron, and Heyward! But those ones aren't important lol. |

I would basically go with any story as long as it keeps my Uncas alive.   |

Actually they are going to walk off into the sunset and disappear....then an eagle will come soaring up from below the cliff and that is the end of my movie! |

Hmmmmm. Rewriting the ending. Ohhhh the possibilities. Well for starters I would have had Uncas live. So here is my ending. Alice is forced up the side of the cliff as Uncas makes his fast approach. Magua hears a gun shot and stops his war party. Uncas comes out of nowhere and tackles Magua to the ground. The two wrestle away as Alice snatches one of her kidnappers knives and plunges it deep into his chest. No name kidnapper falls to the ground and Alice grabs his rifle. She aims the rifle at Magua but is unable to make her shot because Uncas keeps getting in the line of fire.
Suddenly from behind she hears a gun shot. She spins around and sees one of the huron standing right behind her with his tomahawk raised high into the air. He drops his tomahawk and falls to the ground dead. Alice looks back up and sees Hawkeye in the distance running towards her. Shots are fired and many more Huron are killed.
Camera focuses back onto Magua and Uncas. Magua is on top of Uncas with his knife resting on Uncas' neck. A little trickle of blood pertrudes from Uncas' neck. He closes his eyes and clenches his teeth. Another gun shot is heard. He immediately opens his eyes and sees Magua fall to the side of him. Alice is standing silently with the smoking gun. Uncas scrambles to his feet and rushes over to her. He slowly pulls the gun out of her hands and casts it aside. Alice looks up at him as tears begin to well up in her eyes. Uncas wipes the tears from her face and gently kisses her lips. He lifts her into his arms and carries her over to the rest of the group (Cora, Hawkeye, and Chingachgook...who is grinning from ear to ear). The group looks out at the setting sun. Chingachgook walks towards the edge of the cliff and makes his final speech from the dvd. ( No No he does not jump either lol)! |

Here's mine....
The part of Alice is now played by Light Of The Moon .
As Magua and Uncas stare each other down . Light Of The Moon gets an idea . She elbows a guard, steals his gun, cracks another guard in the head rendering him unconscience . She shoots Magua in the back , runs for the edge where stands  Uncas, awaiting her approach . They grasp hands and jump from the side of the cliff together landing atop a giant red hawk and fly away into the heavenly crimson sunset !
