Posted - May 19 2024 : 4:48:57 PM Back at the Fort - not what I expected. A colonial & a British artillery units were there "practicing" - still good to watch. - Just before I got there the Colonial unit intended to fire their small motar. - It misfired, no smoke etc., but now a safety concern. - I was told after a "3 minute mandatory waitiing period" anothe attempt would be tried. - One of the guys in the unit LOOKED DOWN THE BARREL before the the attempt would be made - they then decided to cancel that attempt. - Being only a training session - not many folks were there today. .
