Posted - December 16 2016 : 08:56:50 AM With the numerous reports of Republican Electors being contacted, cajoled and even threatened to change their vote on December 19th, I only have one question to ask: where is the so-called Justice Department? These are obviously verifiable cases of voter intimidation, which is a violation of both Federal and State statutes. Don't you think that if the roles were reversed, that the FBI would have numerous task forces (at least one per state, possibly more) already up and running, complete with daily press briefings?
So as a retired cop, I do find it somewhat odd that these Federal 'defenders of justice' are conspicuously silent on these violations of statute...
...Obviously the swamp that President Trump needs to drain includes those hacks in the Department of Justice as well

Posted - December 19 2016 : 6:01:40 PM We can now "rest easy" - it's official, Trump is our President!!! ... The 1st & 2nd Amendments have been saved ... . http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/12/19/electoral-college-meets-to-formally-elect-trump-amid-protests.html . President-elect Donald Trump won more than enough votes in the Electoral College on Monday to secure his White House victory, as the latest – and perhaps last – stop-Trump movement failed to gain traction in state capitals.
A fervent push by anti-Trump forces to persuade electors to defect had turned the normally mundane civic procedure into high drama.
But the representatives designated to cast ballots in accordance with their states’ Nov. 8 decision mostly adhered to the results of the election. With several states still voting, Trump had 304 votes and Hillary Clinton had 169.
It takes 270 Electoral College votes to win the presidency. Texas put Trump over the top, despite two Republican electors casting protest votes. |

Posted - December 19 2016 : 5:44:41 PM It is not a surprise for me to hear that all 20 Pennsylvania Electors cast their votes today for President Trump...
...Then again, it will take more than a handfull of ill-behaved, loudmouthed Commies, wearing sandwich boards, to derail the legitimate election process

Posted - December 18 2016 : 8:00:24 PM I agree MG, and I do not look for any Federal hack, from any bloated Federal agency, to be looking into this voter intimidation case, anytime soon.
