Hello!
My name is Pen. I've just taken the plunge and have decided to give posting a try. Please bear with me, as I have no idea what I'm doing  ...I hope it works!
I've been a fan of LOTM since 1992. I went to see the movie mostly because I had seen Daniel Day-Lewis in 'My Left Foot', in which he did such a convincing role that I had no idea that he wasn't disabled.
Boy, was I surprised by LOTM! I discovered a lot of things through the film (Wes Studi and Eric Schweig for starters ), and have a great interest in learning about the F&I War time period. I'm looking forward to making friends and discussing lots of things.

Welcome, Pen! You are definitely in the right place if you're an LOTM fan. You will find here a great group of people who share your interest. We have fun, we have our disagreements, we tease and joke around, we learn A LOT from each other. So, if the F&I War interests you, you've got some great teachers here as well. Again, welcome and we are glad you've found us.
