i went to edit my profile and when i finished, my alice picture was gone! i went to put it back and discovered that there is no alice picture any more!!!!! is it just me? am i in uneeded distraught? |

What happened here was this:
All the avatars appear to everyone, UNTIL I assign one to one individual member. Then it "disappears" from view so that no one else can choose it as their own. If, as happened here, TWO different people select the same avatar all is ok - until the moment I assign it to one of them. Even then, it will stay visible in both profiles until such time that the person UNASSIGNED [by me] to it, changes it. Then, if that person tries to recapture it, it is gone from view. Since the person to whom it was assigned rarely posts, I have freed it up once again for you jlee.

Jlee, it does appear that there is a problem. I don't have the capability of fixing it, so I'm sure Rich will, when he has the opportunity.
