Posted - December 30 2005 : 01:40:58 AM Sure wish I could think of a way to export snow to the middle east. I know someone researched the economics of towing an iceberg down there, and decided against it. I think we're stuck with it (snow, ice, slush, etc.). Wisconsin, this time of year, looks remarkably like pictures of Moscow. Chief value of winter is that it helps you appreciate spring all the more.

Not that it has anything to do with snowflakes, but when does "The New World" hit the theaters? Cabin fever is setting in and a good movie would help. |

Me too! But not the ones that float on a computer screen. It's the "eccentrics" one encounters on the internet! |

Posted - December 25 2005 : 2:56:28 PM Fitz, I do love it, but 14 inches makes it tough to get around. My snowshoes are about worn thin!

Posted - December 25 2005 : 1:25:06 PM No snowflakes? Bah Humbug! One would think with a cabin like Seamus has, he would love the snow. |

Posted - December 25 2005 : 06:35:51 AM Thanks, Fitz............I was hoping he forgot them!
You want snow? Send me your address and I will gladly ship a truckload to you. We haven't seen bare ground for about a month, and there is at least 14 inches at the cabin.
Merry Christmas! |
