Posted - August 27 2006 : 08:00:02 AM Ok Obediah this post has nothing to do with Bill Miller either, but "I ain't kiddin', neither." Would that be a Curly Bill quote? The Founder of the Feast? |

High 90's??!! We had a weekend here in July where it was 119 on Sat. and 117 on Sun. --- "I ain't kiddin', neither." Central Calif. in July isn't much fun, but this was ridiculous! It was 92 here today; lovely, just lovely!
Yeah, I know that this post really doesn't have much to do about Bill Miller--at least he wouldn't have been standing out in the rain! |

Posted - August 26 2006 : 4:21:34 PM I had the privilege of hearing Bill Miller in Santa Fe last weekend at the Indian Market. I had never heard him before. What a treat! What made it special was that it was an outdoor concert and it was pouring rain. His sound system went out and he invited all those standing in the rain up on stage (it was covered) and he gave us an up close and personal acoustic performance. Robert Mirabal showed up and jammed with him too. I've got a great picture of him as I was standing about four feet away!
Enjoy the concert Stephanie!!

Posted - August 25 2006 : 2:16:07 PM {{{{Lady Ann}}}} I can't say how much we missed you at the Gathering this year; it just wasn't the same without you. I wish you could come to the Bill Miller concert this time, too. Only a week from today!!! Anyone who is interested in going: I just talked to Flip and there are still a few tickets available. Don't delay; with it being Labor Day weekend they do expect a sell-out! Now Lady Ann you know I'll be keeping an eye out for the 7-foot tall man, but I'll have to be very discreet. My husband might be going with me so I'll have to be careful. He might wonder why I get up and go to the restroom so many times with my camera in my hand, but I won't tell if you won't. |

Posted - August 08 2006 : 10:36:00 AM Steph, keep an eye out for the Miraculous 7 Foot Man. Take more pictures...my fantasy life needs to be refreshed. Thank heavens Doc M never got a gander at him, or she'd have him permanently locked away in her private Dungeon Suite at the Mohicanland Home for the Terminally Weird.

Posted - August 04 2006 : 6:27:38 PM Bill Miller was here in Vermont in July. I went to this Solarfest event and he was the main performer. Too bad I didn't stay to see him. I wouldn't have gotten home too late to work the next day. Plus, it was soooo hot that day. In the high 90's.
