Posted - March 13 2008 : 12:48:13 PM Hello everyone,
After coming back home from San Antonio with my father and uncle....My Uncle Jamie just passed away about an hour ago. He had been fighting a long battle with cancer. Fortunately, before he passed on...he was able to see his newborn grandaughter, Aralyn Rae.

Posted - March 14 2008 : 8:46:09 PM Wade, I am so sorry. He looked so very ill in that photo, yet happy. How wonderful that he was able to go with you and your Dad, and to share your passion with you. I'm sure that time with him was very, very special and you will always remember it.
My best, Joyce |

Posted - March 13 2008 : 10:23:54 PM Wade, I will be keeping you and your family in my prayers!!! It has been said many times, but I am glad that you uncle was able to meet his beautiful granddaughter. Whenever something happens that I don't quite understand, then I remember a few little bible verses in Ecclesiastes:
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
