Posted - July 03 2007 : 12:49:48 PM For those of you who have been wondering, Kurt is alive and well. Seamus and I ran into him at Fort Ticonderoga this past weekend and spoke briefly with him. I did not ask why he stopped posting each day, but perhaps he will see that he is missed and will return on occasion.
We also saw Pvt. Chauncey (English Trader) throughout the busy weekend. He (she) had the honor of being a part of a firing squad to execute a soldier who was convicted of attempted murder of an officer. Chauncey performed his duty well and without flinching at the grizzly task. |

Posted - July 04 2007 : 07:34:32 AM Thanks for posting this, WW ... I was a bit concerned as to Kurt's "life or death"! He certainly "disappeared" abruptly from this place! |
