I think this got lost the first time...trying again. 'Scuse me if this posts twice.

Anyway, the reviews I've read have all been raves, but none of my local friends have seen it. Opinions, anyone :)?

It kind of bothers me when "everybody" loves a film and I don't love it. Makes me feel like I don't get it.

I finally got to watch it on DVD a couple of nights ago. I'd give it a B+. I liked it a lot, but I've seen better war movies (and quite a few worse ones, for that matter). It doesn't really have a plot, but neither does Iraq.
