Posted - June 01 2002 : 5:34:17 PM Ok ... I know we've made a science of the bloopers in LOTM, but, believe it or not, it ain't the only movie out there that has 'em!
Next time you watch Gladiator, look for this:
The film is maybe 15 minutes old; after the celebratory dinner following the opening massive battle sequence, the scene shifts outdoors [actually, I think there's a scene in between featuring the Emperor - Richard Harris] ... but, anyway, outdoors, in the dark, Russell Crowe's character moves towards a horse and extends his right arm towards it. Look under Crowe's outstretched arm - carefully. There, you'll see a dungaree-clad crew member backing away.
Pretty funny ... and re-assuring!
