Seems there's a Rat Pack/Martin and Lewis tribute show coming to my neck of the woods in a couple of weeks. The actor playing Dino is Steve Waddington.
I tried looking it up on IMDB without much success. Can anyone tell me if this is the man who played our Duncan??

Posted - December 18 2007 : 10:27:41 PM Too bad it's not our "Captain Crunch." Then we could watch him just spontaneously burst in to flames ... or maybe a flaming donut! |

Posted - December 18 2007 : 10:08:17 PM It definitely is not. I saw a video advertising "Steve Waddington as Dino" on YouTube a few months ago and HAD to watch just to find out if it was true---it would be only too funny if it was! From Edward II to Duncan Heyward to Ivanhoe to . . . Dean Martin?
Well, it turns out that there is also an American character actor named Steve Waddington. He's listed on IMDB and apparently gets mistaken for the British Steve Waddington quite often. If you watch this video, you'll see it's definitely NOT the Steve Waddington from LOTM who's in the Rat Pack tribute show:

Picturing "Duncan" doing this routine give me the giggles. Hee hee.
