Posted - August 01 2003 : 10:03:04 AM I figured that someone outhere in Mohicanland will know where I can locate the movie "Zulu Dawn" on DVD. I am in the process of updating my movie library (VHS to DVD transition) and I was able to purchase "Zulu" on DVD, but no luck in locating its prequel in the same format.

Posted - August 05 2003 : 02:54:25 AM Thanks guys, that seems to be the problem, only DVD's are in foreign format. Maybe it is an issue with licensing or some other copyright minutae...

Posted - August 02 2003 : 01:45:05 AM You have to have a British Region DVD player to play them, or a universal player. I'm not real up on all the tech aspects, but I know USA and Canada are region one for DVD, and European DVDs are not compatible with region one players.
However, if they ever do release ZULU DAWN on DVD in a format we can play, I'll snap one up.

Posted - August 01 2003 : 1:00:52 PM Looks like they are out of print Brit DVD's. Do they play on our players? Comes as a set of two DVD's Zulu Dawn and Ashanti. |

Posted - August 01 2003 : 12:54:24 PM I didn't think "Zulu Dawn" was released on DVD ... that may be a VHS to DVD transfer, done at home.
If it is available, though, let me know. I wish that they'd package the two together as a set - they go well together! |
