Posted - May 22 2002 : 9:23:21 PM FYI:
Two episodes scheduled for the History Channel coming in June that would fit in this category.
June 17 6:00 am eastern: Rogers' Rangers---This episode tells the story of Robert Rogers, the man who led the first Special Forces in the American military and helped create the commando style of fighting while battling the French in the 1760's.
June 18 6:00 am eastern: Pontiac's Rebellion---This episode examines the motivation behind the Ottawa chief's attack on British forts at the end of the French-Indian War, his loyalty to the French, and his ability to unite previously warring tribes.
I realize these are extremely early time slots but I'm sure that these will be rerun on other days and at other times. Check your local listings. There will be two other episodes in this series...one June 19 titled "Long Knives" and another June 20 titled "Tecumseh: The Dream of Confederacy". Both of these are also scheduled for 6:00 am eastern. I will try to post a reminder on these closer to said date.

Posted - November 09 2002 : 1:32:04 PM Hey - Did anyone tape these? My tape from when they were on a couple of years ago got totally messed up. I would love to know if anyone has them on tape.

Posted - May 25 2002 : 11:08:51 PM Oh...a forum for The Chronicles or something Chronicle-like sounds like a good idea to me. Now, what do we do to persuade the powers that be?

Aye, as Seamus might say, and even begin to spin another yarn like The Chronicles ... the powers that be might be persuaded to set up a forum just for that! |

Aye Theresa,I agree with what some of Seamus says. They are indeed good pics.Perhaps someday he'll tell you about the movie that we just made together on "The Battle of Grant's Hill".I would also like to see this as a topic on "Against All Odds" as there is no F&I Topic there.
Hello Lt. McKinnon. Perhaps someday Seamus will tell me of your movie making adventure. I always look forward to any of his stories...Seamus?
