It is relatively easy for a person to speak as Muhammad Abdel-Al speaks, because at that point the act is abstract, the intended victims, symbolic. However, the thought is parent to the word, which is parent to the deed.

In a world where violence is rampant, I don't know why this particular threat is particularly bothersome to me, yet it is.

How I chose to deal with it was to tell a story of what might come to pass if Muhammad Abdel-Al has his way. Looking the horror squarely in the eye. Let us work to keep anything like this from happening.

Britney:

With stunned disbelief, Ms. Britney Spears watches as a man approaches her, sword in hand.

Britney is the "youngster" and could dress like that and get away with it but MadonnaI agree with what the soon to be ex said about her "she looks like a hooker onstage". Back in the 80's when she was young I actually liked her but not now. Guy Ritchie is well rid of her. He deserves a medal for putting up with her for seven and a half years of hell

Course he was probably up to the same "antics" back then that got him in trouble lately, we just didn't hear about it. He also looked relatively "normal" in his "pre-plastic surgery" days.
