: : : : Mr. Schweig brewing espressos??? This I gotta see...

: : : : Thanks Emily and Rich for an interesting review.

: : : The movie sounds like a real dud with the only saving graces being the supporting actors - including Eric S.

: : : How-some-ever though, don't think I wanna see it. That's just me though. I wasn't really thrilled seeing Julie Andrews in a movie playing a slattern, either. You just kinda build up images of these people and for myself I can't turn the mental corner and see them in a completely (to me) out of character role.

: : : I would hate to think that he did so well, Hollywood would cast him only in those kinds of roles in future!!

: : ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

: : Now, Bill...why would he only get "those kinds of roles?" Do you mean gay roles? Supporting roles? Cooking roles? I suspect the first, and that's not likely to happen, if you ask me. Robin Williams, William Hurt, Dan the Man, and many others have played gay parts without being typecast as such. William Hurt won an OSCAR for it. So, only my opinion here, but I don't think being typecast in that role is likely to happen, especially not with a strapping, big, decidedly masculine looking guy like Eric.

: : And I thought the picture sounded more interesting than I expected. Maybe flawed with a big dose of unreality, but possibly with some good character studies to check out. And I would think that all real ES fans will want to see him stretch his wings as an actor in a part that is very different from Uncas or Injun Joe. It might be surprising.

: : Thanks for the reviews, Rich.

: : MMMM

And to add to what Rich was saying about typecasting.......lets not forget Tom Hank's Oscar winning performance in Philadelphia!!! We don't see Tom doing strictly homosexual roles after doing that wonderful movie. I also agree it will be great to see Eric doing something different.
