Well, based on the fact that she is ALREADY smoking a pipe
I would say it is a very young Doc Mary (maybe we should analyze why it is that every picture is thought to be the Old Doc M?)

On the other hand, even in Doc Mary's young days they had color film.....so may be earlier than that. Somebody in my age group.
so let's say Chris!
