Cameron's Cabin

Two questions about Cameron's cabin in LOTM:
1) The early Cameron cabin scene in the film is, for me, memorable and inspiring to say the least. It may be a rediculous question, but is there any way of obtaining a still photo of that scene in the film?
2) I've read Federici's book and was wondering how this set was built. Was it built as a quasi-complete cabin and then burned?
3) Is there anything left of the cabin? Or is there just an empty field as it appears on page 6 of Federici's book?
