Hello, Friends!
I am blue, today.
Not because I am sad, but it is one of those days when insights and thoughts and memories come at you from the left, right, up and down.
The title of my first novel written in English, was: Survival in the Blue Champagne. Blue Champagne being the sparkles, hues, mysteries, dreams and after-taste of a fight fought well, a life lived well, deeply, sincerely, full of fire and vigor.
This blue is a Flower Child, Child of the Aquarius Age, kind of blue.
You think of Humanity, aka homo-sapien sapien, you think of Angels, who do, for sure, exist, you think of broken dreams as you think of the fulfilled dreams, too.
You sit back and say: homo-sapien sapien, what a Terrible Beauty!
Capable of endlessly soaring spiritual heights as well as astonishing lows....
Your heart overflows, indeed, and there is so much more you want to say, but the avalanche is so strong that you can not, yet, articulate all you wish to articulate.
But as I sit here, watching the sunshine filter through the green leaves, my cat lying in a pool of light atop the grass, squirrels dancing among the oak-tops... and while I feel a bit frustrated for the 65 meg. demo program file is taking hoooooooouuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrsssss to download and ties up my scanner, e mail, etc, I think of Rich and Elaine, and Dreamers and Romantics and Spiritual Warriors at Large...
and The Calling which walks alongside you, or sleeps next to you upon your pillow, every moment of your life....
R & E's Companion Book to LOTM is going to be wonderful. Funny, warm and panoramic in prose. They, too, have The Calling, and it is so much more than just The Book.
Among the many wonders I have seen and felt in this lifetime, I will always remember my time here, at LOTMland, and the sun shine, the green leaves, the brook and the Proverbial Walk Along the Riverbank...
May you all live in love light and laughter!
