Welllllll,

I find it very interesting that we go from a posting by my ancestor Cpl. MacWilliam to speaking of scrapple. As one who has made scrapple, it is not a frightening thing. I believe the sight of that savage Red Leaf would be much more frightening than scrapple or haggis (which I enjoy on St. Andrew's Day and also on Robert Burns Day). As for head cheese, let's not go there! ooooppppps.....here come the nephew and niece and they want to try some scrapple, just watch out for the hog hair, course that's what holds it all together!!
