Thanks Elaine for checking this out. I guess I should have forwarded it to you first. Yes, it was posted on an 18th century re-enacment site. Just goes to show you that it is true, you can`t believe everything you read on the Internet.

: A couple of things;
: Firstly, we've heard from Mark Baker regarding "The Patriot." He spent two weeks in pre-production training Mel Gibson and Heath Ledger to fire and reload quickly. (Eric H., we know you've got a pic to share!)
: Joe Hinson, of course, might be so good as to post some more on his "Patriotic" duties.
: Regarding "Bade the Wild Geese Go" ... thanks for passing it along, Clabert. I assume it was posted to 18th century reenactor lists in the hope of garnering some enthusiastic participation & the various actors' names added for further appeal. However, there is no such production underway & the Film Board in County Donegal has heard nothing regarding it. Perhaps there are hopes for such a production in the future & the waters of reenactor enthusiasm were being tested.
:
: However, there may be a project on the Irish Patriot/Wild Geese Exile, Hugh O'Neill (16th/early 17th century) in the future. Tyrone Productions (Riverdance) is interested in such a production though nothing is finalized.
: You can read a bit about Patriot Hugh O'Neill at the site below.
