Dear sergeant,
I just now have some good news concerning your friend Seamus. I again have run into the duck hunter, Dway Miller, And he tells me that although the details are a bit hazy that Seamus made his escape with the help of some sheep and an apparent spirit. Sgt. Toot, I'll tell you I have never heard of such a thing before. Also it seems that in a confrontation with the vicious M.du Ranck, Seamus dispatched this enemy of all to his grave. It is now believed that Seamus, although hurt and beaten is making way to the fort at Loudoun with some friends. I felt that this news would be of great comfort to you.
I must now close so take care my friend and may God shine upon your path.
