: aRMED WITH COFFEE, Bloody Mary (plenty spicy with one single ice cube, please - if you forget and put in 2 cubes, i shall return it)and a bottle of Raki courtesy of the Turkish Trader, who misses her drinking buddy The English Trader, I am pulling up my three-legged wooden chair (any contributions approximating a comfy cushion, would be much appreciated), to await the emergence of the said totally newsworthy newspaper, so I can ring my bell announcing this momentous event, in a timely fashion.

: Well, with danger of yet another deadly Courier issue looming large on the twisted horizon of MohicanLand, thought it best to encourage a warm-up read. While Issue Fourteen IS old news, it's still news, especially to those who are new news & may yet find themselves making news in breaking news. To those who say 'no news is good news' we say, right you are! It's all really bad news. Very bad news. But we LIKE it!

: : : All I can say is, I wish our local rag was HALF as informative, even a quarter as humerous and with the same amount of attention to detail!! I CAN'T REMEMBER the last time our news rag printed details about the local 'fuu-udge tasting'! I have a feeling our local rag is not fulfilling its potential! It could certainly take a leaf out of YOUR broadsheet and I intend to bring this to the attention of The Arbroath Herald editors!!
