All us country folk know that the cows themselves do the "pattin'", all you have to do is give them a couple of days to dry in the field and you have a frisbe extrodinaire - complete with special effects upon landing.  As a matter of fact, here in the country we have pasture bingo and cow pie frisbe contests, just to keep us entertained.  Course, none of that compares with a good old fashion spittin' contest, but those are best left to summer so's the plastic measuring mat is good and hot and the spit will slide a long way when it hits.
