Oh my dear MMMarcia. You are forgetting the laws of physics, action and reaction, tit for tat, the great GGGG tradeoff.
The more water you carry, the greater the weight in numbers of Depends you also have to carry. The greater the weight, the more water you need. The more water you need.....well you get the idea. AND, if you forgoe the water hoping to cut down on number of boxes of Depends required for the climb.....well then you faint and somebody has to carry YOU!
