: Oooops!  My mistake, Miss Gaylee!  Not having been in actual attendance at the party, I took the word of someone who WAS...bad judgement on my part, indeed, as no one who attended that party was in any shape to be distributing information at all!  Thank goodness for you and your Library Volunteers Committee, however!  I'm sure Miss Marcia will join you all in your endeavors to set Bumppo's to rights again (or as close to Rights as that wicked den of iniquity EVER is) as soon as she recovers from a terrible headache she's suffering this morning.  Most likely it's her allergies, as I'm certain her lady-like self wouldn't indulge in drinking any green libations being passed around the front yard of that disreputable place.  And I'm even MORE certain that the rumors that Miss Marcia began flinging about bits of her attire & frolicking in her chemise on the Tavern Green are just THAT...wicked, ugly rumors!  My poor, poor cousin!  Someone is always looking to tarnish her pristine reputation!  Let's hear it for Miss Marcia and Southern (or Southren, as Lady Ann prefers) Ladies everywhere, the flowers of gentility and restraint!  Hip, hip, hoo-RAAAAAY!
