: : : : Hi Everyone,
: : : : It's good to be able to have some time to post. So sorry that I have not been available for quite sometime now, but I will see everyone at the gathering.
: : : : Last of the Mohicans is being made into a musical for the stage. My son-in-law is the Musical Director for the production of Saturday Night Fever on Broadway. He has heard through the musical grapevine that they are casting from both Canada and the United States. As soon as new information is released, I will post it.
: : : : Rebecca, maybe you have some news from the Canadian end????
: : : : I wish to let everyone one know that I am well and still around!!! I have missed not being able to participate more on a daily basis. I will try to be here a bit more often.
: : : : Blessings to everyone and have a lovely day. We are having some sunshine out here is California (for a change)! We were begining to look a bit like Seattle!
: : : : The best,

: : Hi Ayesha,
: : So good to hear from you AND that you'll be at the Gathering again. Look forward to seeing you and Collin again!
: : AND YOU DOC.....
: : Where do you get this stuff??? Your prolific prose of this day might give one pause to wonder "Has she had her Ritalin today?"
: : Honestly, Roseann, Rosie, Rita, WHoopie (and other funny ladies), they got NUTHIN' on you. I can see it now, right in the prime weekly TV time slot...."The Doctor Mary Show." And no one would miss an episode (because they'd be afraid to)!!!!!!!
: : AND its a good thing you may not make the Gathering (not that I wouldn't LOVE to meet you in person ~~~knees trembling) but us girls of the postpartum persuasion would be diminished to wearing our DEPENDS on the trails and I don't EVEN want to think of the chaffing that would muster.

: Oh, you sweet thing! Very well, you may live. Being as

Ayesha,
Great to hear from you! How is Collin??
Now if the "Broadway" play of LOTM were here in SF; it would change Doc M's poem to:
"The lights fade...a piano plays a soft introduction...a
: : : baby spot rests on Colonel Munro as he SLOSHES forward and
: : : sings..."I left my heart...in Magua's lunchbox..." (and of course it is a Pokemon lunchbox.....)
However, this is the third day of sunshine; so we're lucky.
Hey, the "facilities" on Chimney Rock.....I learned quick the second time around; no drinking of anything for hours before the hike...ha, ha! Like I mentioned, get that stock of Depends....
And yes, Doc M, a true breed apart, I agree with Diana, enjoy your posts.....feeling better today??? Uh, oh, Gnome better watch out as well as all of those Hurons you have tethered up.
