: What a great weekend. In addition to getting to spend a few hours in B&N, I got to see Mystery Men at a friend's house. I have to say that Wes Studi's character was my favorite, bar none!!! He comes in later in the movie as the Sphinx whose character is supposed to train the wayward Super Hero wannabes and offer words of wisdom which just turn out to be flip-flopped utterances such as "You control your rage, or your rage will control you!" Everything he said was like that, with his head held high in his very serious voice, ala Magua and Montcalm by the river. The irritating Ben Stiller character later calls him "Captain Conundrum" which I thought was hilarious. And my mostest fav, was at the end of the movie when he says (very serious now, remember)"We are number one, and everyone else is two or lower."  I LOVED IT! All in all it was a pretty silly movie, but hey, I never claimed to be an entertainment connoisseur. Nope, it doesn't take much to entertain me!
