: I dunno.......if my legs weren't so weary from running alongside Betty Gnome's car from New Mexico to Wisconsin after our little tiff outside the town of Al-Ba-Kur-Ki or some such.....I'd be inclined to be kicking some mega-clods of dirt that stinky old Doc's way.  No sooner do I get settled in the new tree than she is running a sale on Gnome goods again.  Dang.  You can just never trust that witch.  Says she misses you, then wants to make butter and salve outta you.  It's a wonder she has the time given the number of Huron she services in a given day.

: I guess she has explained who those disgruntled individuals were with only a diaper-like thing on themselves we saw yanking on those poor widdle arms of the mechanical beings with rolling eyes.

: Talk about kicking things!  Man did they ever kick those poor metal fellas just cause their eyes didnt match when they stopped rolling!

: And all the while, some seedy looking babe of rather doubtful repute was egging them on in their torture.  Cackling and wheezing and slurring her words, you could just make out her saying "give it another tug!  yeah!" And them muttering about all the wampum they had fed the creatures and how the metal fellas just wouldnt "cough up".  And when on the rare occasion the abuse a poor machine took caused it to spew chunks they all stood around and cheered while putting the chunks in little buckets of birchbark!  Disgusting!!!  Funny thing too.....once a bucket was full the Huron would disappear with that wretched woman they called Doc Mary or some such, and shortly thereafter they would appear he with an empty bucket and her with self all in disarray.

: Well, Dana, it is good to be in Wisconsin.  I hear that Doc Mary woman resides in the State of Flakes we just left.  And good riddance to her as we shake the dust of La-La-Land off our shoes.

: : Woooooohoooooo!  Good to see you back, Gnome!  I've been away awhile myself.  Things have been pretty weird around MohicanLand since you've been gone.  All kinds of strange goings on.  Maybe you can make some since out of it all.  Poor Miss Marcia has been put throught the ringer a couple of times, and Bent doesn't seem to know if he's coming or going.
