Well, now Hurry, glad yer enjoyin' the spruce. And that waterin' hole yer talkin' about is Bumppo's Tavern, I'll be bound. Best meetin' place in Mohicanland, and famous throughout the Colony fer congenial company, strong spirits and the occasional Saturday night fight and scalp-takin'. Since we strung out this squirrel and spruce for a while, and it's gettin' kinda late, perhaps ye'd be amenable to meetin' at Bumppo's tomorrow evenin' for a round or two. I'd like to talk to ye more about this huntin' trip yer plannin' on with Natty, too. Mebbe ye'd relish an extra rifle and a second paddle in the canoe while yer lookin' for him.
