Gnome 5th Avenue runs underneath Filene�s Basement � home to the shoppers who try on clothes right in the aisles. G5 Avenue is the sub-basement of department stores catering to those who rarely see the light of day. It�s a bit damp and dank down there, but the store offers a mildew-removal service, and the shoppers can nibble on roots from the world above while browsing for the latest in �mini� fashions.
