: : Eric just called me, very upsetted... He learned that his insurance was cancelled last March.. They said they send him notes, but Eric never saw them.. The mortage have insurance for the house itself, but not the contents inside the house.

: 'Damn...Damn'! SO, SO sorry to hear the terrible news of the fire!! As all the other Mohicanites have said so eloquently, I too offer my love and support but reiterate what others have said - Eric's greatest treasures, the children, are safe. And that IS the main thing! 

: But I too ask if there is anything more we can do to help?  You have only to say!! He gives so freely of himself to us - can we do less in HIS moment of need?
