:I would not put much into the words of the English because they aren`t even sure where they want to be. They make excuses for the cold, yet we French control the lands of the North Country and the lands in the deep south. Putting the English in the middle. What must they think of themselves?

While Miss Marcia abhors the vulgarity of that sort of commerciality, it must be taken into account that prices DO tend to get better and better when competition increases.
