Absolutely right! With Betty, I can get through anything. Anything at all. Eric's biggest blessing is his kids, and his angel named Sharon. With your love and support and compassion and strength, he can get through anything also. You are doing what he needs most....loving him and providing emotional shelter and a soft shoulder to cry on, and a reason to overcome all odds.

: Oh, Sharon! I am SO sorry to hear about this! Please give my adopted son, Eric, my love, and tell him he will be in my prayers. I know this is an awful thing to go through, especially upon finding out that no contents were insured...but remind him (I know he KNOWS this) about a hundred times a day that he and his kids were NOT there when it happened, and therefore, his most precious of ALL "contents" were protected and safe!

: Remember, this, too, shall pass. You will all get through it TOGETHER! And as for feeling helpless, DON'T! You can offer Eric love and support in abundance, and that's what he needs most to help him right now!
