: Ah! Here is where I believe you made your mistake. You believed this idiot wanted to have a discussion and responded to him. It has been my experience that a response only encourages the fools.
>>You are probably right, Chris, but his first letter was just ambiguous enough to sound like he might really be wanting a dialog, and I usually give everyone who writes me the benefit of the doubt...for awhile! (And I don't believe that the person writing me was was the person Rich was quoting today.)
Chris:: It has also been my experience that blocking emails only makes them believe that they have won. It is much more frustrating for them if you continue to receive their emails, but make ample use of your delete button and don't reply. Then they do not know whether or not you've read their piece, and worse yet, why you haven't replied. Let them stew in their own frustrations.
>>Actually, what I did was to mark the last 12 of his emails "Return to Sender" in the subject line & send them all back to block up HIS email for awhile. Then I set my computer to automatically delete anything else he sends, rather than bounce it back to him. He'll never know whether I've read them or not.
: Have a wonderful day walking peacefully along Vita's fabled riverbank (but I must disagree with her about the salmon!)
Yes, I'm with you on that one...were I strolling along that riverbank, I couldn't get a frying pan heated up quickly enough!! Ummmmmmmm...salmon over the campfire. Heaven! *me, throwing sticks at the grizzlies, and telling them to fish on their OWN side of the river!*

*me, again, running for my life after determing that grizzlies do NOT like to have sticks thrown at them!*
