Yes, Ariel's dad contacted me late last night to give us an update! As Lainey already mentioned, everything went well but of course it was hard for the parents to wait for four hours..Although the operation took 2 1/2 hours Lori and Garnet weren't allowed to see Ariel for another 2 hours...But, they were the ones by her side when she woke up..To quote Garnet: "It was a long day!" Well, the family should be back in Alberta hopefully by Sunday...I'll make sure to visit with them again and this time I WILL take pics!!!
Also, on behalf of Lori and Garnet, thanks for all the wonderful guestbook entries! They were forwarded to them...
