: : : As a total horse fan and a rider for some years (English style, of course!!!), I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your piece on the Appaloosa. I also wanted to make sure that you know we don't eat horses in England - its those darned Francais again!!!
: : : Adele
: : Hmmm. What wine do you serve with horse I wonder? I haven't seen that mentioned in any of my various cookbooks and references.
: : Billy
: Hmmmmm. Didn't we have a recipe for Cheval En Croute featuring
: Jo's fabulous disappearing horse? It's somewhere in the
: archives, I'm sure. Now I used to call my old horse
: Gainesburger when he was bad -- like when he would step
: on my foot and not move, or when he would release various
: effluvia when I was bent over behind him picking his
: back hoof. When he was REALLY being evil, I'd hold a
: little thing of Elmer's Glue under his nose and say
: "See??? See??? Want to go join your aunts and uncles???"
: He would just ignore me or reach over to bite my butt
: when I wasn't looking... as do so many others! *sob! sniff!*

HEY! HEY! (or should I be saying: Hay, Hay!)
Keep my horse out of this recipe business; it is bad enough his feelings are very hurt at the moment as he wasn't featured more in the DVD version; he might go on another walk about if shown a glue jar....or "horse of the day" plate menu; thank you very much! And NO, being the Achiever of Ancient Archives; there is NO recipe for my horse...!!!!! (that I remember anyway....another figment of Doc M's "brain's" imagination)
