Hmmmmm. Didn't we have a recipe for Cheval En Croute featuring
Jo's fabulous disappearing horse? It's somewhere in the
archives, I'm sure. Now I used to call my old horse
Gainesburger when he was bad -- like when he would step
on my foot and not move, or when he would release various
effluvia when I was bent over behind him picking his
back hoof. When he was REALLY being evil, I'd hold a
little thing of Elmer's Glue under his nose and say
"See??? See??? Want to go join your aunts and uncles???"
He would just ignore me or reach over to bite my butt
when I wasn't looking... as do so many others! *sob! sniff!*
