: Well...don't that jest look pretty, now.  This funny looking silvery round thing I found has a hole in the middle of it JUST the right size for the top of that Wee Man's pointy little ol' head!  If I attach this sweet little piece of red calico to the center as a crown, the silver part makes a perfectly adorable hat brim!  It will look wonderful as that tiny little feller's Sunday-Go-To-Meeting Hat!  Can't wear that red conical one EVERYWHERE he goes, now can he?  A feller's got to have somethin' a mite more dressy for SOME occasions!  

: He'll be just tickled PINK, I'll wager!  I'll leave it out on the front step (the LOWEST front step, of course) for him tonight, with some milk and cookies.
