Dresses from the movie

Does anyone know where I might be able to find patterns for any of the dresses worn by either Alice or Cora in this movie? I have searched and searched, and have not come up with anything. I was going to make a dress styled from the movie for my senior prom. I have also looked for patterns from little women (1995) and the man in the iron mask, but have not been able to find anything. any help (internet sites or sewing companies) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
