Did anyone ever notice that from Cameron's cabin to Fort William Henry, it's "two nights and a bit," yet by the river, before they ever get to Cameron's, it's "a night and a bit." Sometime between the recruitment scene and the river walk, Cameron's cabin moved a good distance closer to the Fort.

also, did you ever notice that the Indian that watches Hawkeye and Cora leave the Huron village is also the first Indian Hawkeye kills on the promontory? Even my husband commented that he was one fast movin' Indian.....

Something tells me I've seen this movie too often, or maybe I just watch with too much concentration. I have a close friend with a wonderful philosophy: If you're going to obsess about something, make sure it's something worth obsessing about. I think I'm safe.
