"Let the children of the Dead Munro go-OOPS"

In the waterfall scene, Cora told Hawkeye to not tell Alice about Colonel Munro's death. He agrees, of course, but when he is asking Sachem to let the children of the dead Munro go free, Alice has no reaction. Maybe she thought he was talking about her mother. Then again, maybe Magua told her when they were capture at the waterfall. I know, it's just a movie, but I thought it was funny.
