As Danalee says, Hawkeye is yelling "Uncas!" but I always heard a bit of an "n" sound, too...kinda like he was saying, "Nuncas!" Just the way it sounds as he's running and struggling up the cliff, and hollering at the same time, I guess. Kind of a strangled yell, maybe.
