Just READ those words up top on the pic!

Now, I'm not going to sit here and claim ALL the credit - and when I say "we" I mean Elaine & I, plus all of you who visit this Site (helping to keep LOTM "out there!") and especially all those who wrote some pretty passionate letters during one or both of our Director's Cut Drives - but certainly, we did have an impact. Of that there is no doubt!

It was a "dream," for which we were ridiculed by some, that has now become a reality! Thanks everybody for being there!

Interesting how November has played such a big role:

November 1997 - Director's Cut Drive pointed directly towards Michael Mann

November 1998 - At the suggestion of Forward Pass Productions, another Director's Cut Drive organized, this time pushing towards 20th Century Fox

November 1999 - A "Last of the Mohicans" Director's Cut, including 12 new, or extended scenes, representing 15 or 20 minutes of additional footage, to be released!

Well done!

On to Bumppo's for a rousing celebration!
