*I* thought he just got fed seeing her hair in her eyes and told her to braid it to get it out of the way! Well, I guess there are MANY ways of looking at this!! ;0)

PS - no, it doesn't really work, watching the film and reading the book at the same time. Better to wait until the Book Club is on 'LOTM' and finish reading it then. Then you can just jump into the discussion with us too! There, that's THAT problem solved! ;0)
